We are seeking a dynamic and analytically driven Supply Chain Analytics & Planning Mgr. to support our transformation efforts across the global supply chain in either Milwaukee, WI or Auburn Hills, Michigan. This newly created role will serve as a key resource for cross-functional projects, providing data-driven insights, building models, and supporting the launch of our SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) and SOE (Sales & Operations Execution) processes in addition to full oversight of demand planning/forecasting.

The ideal candidate brings both a strategic mindset and strong technical capabilities to help improve decision-making across demand planning, inventory, logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that support real-time visibility into supply chain KPIs
  • Analyze data related to demand, supply, inventory, and transportation to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of SIOP/SOE processes, including calendar, facilitation tools, and data preparation
  • Lead special projects that require cross-functional analysis, including cost savings initiatives, sourcing transitions, and footprint studies
  • Partner with planning, logistics, procurement, and finance to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and cost-to-serve visibility
  • Standardize data collection processes and drive alignment on metrics across systems and teams
  • Serve as a liaison with IT on future system upgrades and analytics tools
  • Provide executive-level summaries and business cases for leadership presentations and board updates

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years in supply chain, operations, or business analytics roles
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated experience/general understating of SIOP/S&OP processes, supply chain KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-starter with the ability to lead projects and influence across levels
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to lead by influencing
  • Strong critical thinking skills and strategic mindset (thinking outside of the box)
