SUMMARY
Entry level Customer Service Representative Position. Requires basic to mid knowledge and experience with regards to understanding and executing the Customer Support function at STRATTEC. Handles typically Tier 2 and 3 Customers (Non-OEM accounts), or accounts that represent a minor business portion for an OEM Customer. Employee must demonstrate the ability to perform all related duties independently and with limited supervision before advancing to the Customer Service Representative position.
