  • Responsibilities

    Enhances executive leadership group's effectiveness by providing both information management and project management support with minimal direction.  

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Produces information such as letters, source documents, reports and presentations by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text data and graphics.
    • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
    • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.
    • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Performs project work and completes projects by assigning work to admins; following up on results.
    • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Secures information by completing data base backups.
    • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

     

    • Associate’s degree preferred, but Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university desired; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Adept at scheduling meetings.
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Able to communicate with associates from all levels, both inside the company and outside.
    • Experience in making global travel arrangements.
    • Accuracy in data management.
    • Must be proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and Power Point and possess some database experience.
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
