The Production Analyst’s primary role is to create and maintain manufacturing reporting documentation. Includes but not limited to Manufacturing KPI’s, Capacity Planning, Scheduling Tools, and Staffing Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree required in operations or other related business field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in analysis and planning in a manufacturing environment.
Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office .
Experience with developing and implementing process improvements.
Strong organizational skills
Extreme attention to detail is required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to use a keyboard, calculator, and telephone. Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift (10 lbs.). Up to 90% of time spent in manufacturing environment around industrial equipment.
