  • Responsibilities

    The Production Analyst’s primary role is to create and maintain manufacturing reporting documentation.   Includes but not limited to Manufacturing KPI’s, Capacity Planning, Scheduling Tools, and Staffing Requirements.


    1. Support all operational products of manufacturing plant
    • Review and maintain department procedures.
    • Create, distribute and maintain production metrics (KPI’s).
    • Create and maintain capacity planning/scheduling tools.
    • Analyze and communicate overall staffing requirements in plant.
    1. Provide support to management staff
    • Assist with timekeeping requirements as required.
    • Assist with coordinating plant and department communications.
    • Assist with plant scheduling (including overtime coverage).
    • Assist with other functional areas as required.
    1. Safety:
    • Promotes a safe working environment.
    • Provides assistance in support of the safety strategy to reduce work related injuries.
    • Participates in safety meetings and performs audits to help maintain the goal of zero lost time accidents.
    • Performs all job functions in a safe manner and maintains safety awareness.
    • Reports known accidents, injuries and unsafe practices or conditions to safety manager.


    Bachelor’s degree required in operations or other related business field.

    A minimum of 3 years of experience in analysis and planning in a manufacturing environment.

    Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience preferred.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office .

    Experience with developing and implementing process improvements.

    Strong organizational skills     

    Extreme attention to detail is required.


    While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to use a keyboard, calculator, and telephone. Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift (10 lbs.).  Up to 90% of time spent in manufacturing environment around industrial equipment.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
