  • Responsibilities


    1. Manage responses to day-to-day electronic communications received via email, social media, and other on-line sources.
    2. Coordinate content optimization, search engine optimization, online marketing promotions, and social media campaigns for multiple websites.
    3. Provide input to design and implement projects including website redesigns, eCommerce promotions, e-mail blasts, Pay per Click initiatives, online advertising, and social media campaigns.
    4. Develop an audience for the company's Facebook pages using input from various areas of the company.
    5. Analyze and report on significant digital metrics and create key performance indicators to monitor the success of various digital tactics.
    6. Plan implement and maintain social media campaigns.
    7. Represent the company in meetings with outside partners including vendors and resources used to implement various digital programs and promotions.
    8. Interact with various sales directors and their customers to learn product and market needs that will be used as inputs into designing new promotions.
    9. Perform regular reviews of multiple websites and social media pages to ensure content integrity, accuracy, timeliness and relevance.
    10. Interviews internal clients to help them clarify their goals for establishing a website.
    11. Designs or supervises design of digitized images, banners, bullets, charts, image maps and other graphics to enhance appearance of site.
    12. Converts project specifications into sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into language that can be processed by computer, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages.
    13. Applies knowledge of database design standards and database management.
    14. Enters program codes into computer system.
    15. Enters commands into computer to run and test programs.

    16.Analyzes, reviews, and alters program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

    1. Other duties as assigned.




    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
    • Technical competency in areas of digital marketing including web analytics and optimization, online media, usability, eCommerce and Web 2.0
    • Experience in Search Engine Marketing, PPC, and SEO strategies.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media, Facebook,Twitter and Instagram in particular.
    • Ability to interact in a proactive manner with peers and management
    • Demonstrated competency in developing and launching websites.
