Overall management of the El Paso Distribution Center Operation, including management of the resources and processes in a productive and cost efficient manner. Manage and meet departmental budgets and deadlines. Provide training and guidance for the staff under his/her responsibility. Develop and reward employees. Interact efficiently with all SSC internal and external customers. Meet and exceed customer requirements and drive continuous improvements for all EPDC related process (shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, TS/ISO audits, SOX compliance, etc.).
