  • Responsibilities

    The training coordinator is responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and delivering courses. The training coordinator evaluates the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth.


    • The training coordinator is responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.  
    • Manages the STRATTEC Training program for all employees, including training software "Train Tracks".
    • Develop training programs and materials for manufacturing and support personnel.
    • Coordinate, administer, and facilitate training modules through professional sources, such as NADCA, MSSC, etc.
    • Interface with multiple departments (i.e. HR, Operations, Engineering, Quality) to develop robust training program that equips our employees to be succesful in a highly competitive manufacturing envirnoment.
    • Research, recommend and organize training courses in accordance with the needs of the company.
    • Improve new hire orientation process and gain familiarity with our products and processes.
    • Maintain training software to comply with quality, TS, and ISO standard requirements. Assist in such audits as needed.  


    High School Dipoloma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 1 year of training experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

    Knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design preferred.

    Knowledge of learning management systems and competency assessment preferred.
